Hello! I am Gaby, and this is my story…

I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. Since a young child, I remember being fascinated by art and everything related to it. My mom was my first teacher, she was an architect and art teacher, I loved watching her at work transforming simple things into something beautiful. Both of my two grandfathers loved photography and it was their hobby...thankfully they were the first ones to introduced me to my passion.

I began this journey a couple of years ago, taking portraits and casual sessions to friends and family, and didn’t imagine that my hobby would turn into my dream job. I haven’t studied any formal photography degree or course, which I wish to do anytime soon, but as a mother of four, my best practice has been my own children. Everything I´ve learnt are a combination of local courses, online courses, one-one mentoring with professionals, and of course practice.

I loved everything about photography, I really love to take and explore any kind of sessions, but what I personally enjoy the most are sessions of motherhood, families, and couples. I feel so grateful and fulfilled when I get to know the family for an hour or two and feel at the end of the session like if they are now familiar to me. I love to share my talent and passion with them and make them feel at home, non-judged, and free to show themselves vulnerable and real.
